PRISM Recruit is designed to reduce casual exposure of recruitment records, CVs, ID evidence, DBS information, references and signed employment documents. It uses layered controls inside the application; these controls should still be supported by your own policies, staff training, access reviews and retention decisions.

Tenant separation The platform stores organisations as separate tenants, with tenant IDs applied to users, applicants, settings, application links and recruitment records.
Login and session controls The system includes tenant and platform login areas, idle session timeout, forced password reset after temporary/admin-set passwords, and failed-login lockout tracking.
Protected document viewing CVs, DBS evidence, ID documents and reference files are routed through logged-in secure viewer pages rather than being exposed as normal public file links.
Break-glass access reasons When staff open confidential documents, they are asked to confirm the need and record a reason, creating a stronger accountability trail.
